Moody’s revises Tulare Local Healthcare District’s outlook to stable

Moody’s Investors Service revised Tulare (Calif.) Local Health Care District’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the “Baa3” rating on the district’s general obligation bonds.

The outlook revision and rating affirmation are based on several factors, including the district’s renewed tax base growth and improved operating performance beginning in fiscal year 2014.
