Moody’s also assigned an ‘A3’ rating to SNCH’s $80.5 million of outstanding debt. The rating reflects SNCH’s favorable market position, low leverage position and manageable fixed rate debt structure.

The outlook revision is based on SNCH’s recent downturn in operating performance and the potential for balance sheet dilution.
