Moody’s revises South Lake County Hospital District’s outlook to positive

Moody’s Investors Service has revised Clermont, Fla.-based South Lake County Hospital District’s outlook to positive from stable.

The outlook revision reflects Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that SouthLake will continue producing stable operating measures and improve its balance sheet and debt measures.

Moody’s also affirmed South Lake Hospital District’s “Baa1” rating, affecting approximately $50.5 million.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including SouthLake’s consistently strong operating performance, solid liquidity and durable balance sheet.
