Moody’s revises Peninsula Regional Medical Center’s outlook to negative

Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed Salisbury, Md.-based Peninsula Regional Medical Center’s “A2” rating and revised its outlook to negative from stable.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including PRMC’s strong market position and continued liquidity growth.

The outlook revision is based on Moody’s expectation that outlook performance will be negatively impacted as PRMC implements an IT transformation project and creates a new clinical staffing strategy.
