OSF is a multi-site system with nearly $2 billion in operating revenue. Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria serves as the health system’s flagship.
The rating outlook revision reflects OSF’s operating improvement in the nine-month period ended June 30. In addition, the healthcare system’s investments in service lines, physicians and care management are expected to sustain improved operating levels.
The rating affirmation is based on OSF’s leading market position in the primary service area, strong and liquid investment position and manageable capital needs.
