The outlook revision reflects Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that ORMC will sustain its improved operating performance, which will enable it to strengthen its balance sheet.
Moody’s also affirmed ORMC’s “Ba1” rating, affecting $308 million of outstanding debt. The rating affirmation is based on ORMC’s growing market share, improved performance and solid volume growth.
