Moody’s revises Jefferson Regional Medical Center’s outlook to stable

Moody’s Investors Service revised Jefferson Hills, Pa.-based Jefferson Regional Medical Center’s outlook to stable from negative.

The outlook revision is based on JRMC’s improved operating performance.

Moody’s also assigned a “Baa3” rating to JRMC’s $99 million of outstanding debt. The rating assignment is based on several factors, including JRMC’s adequate balance sheet cushion relative to debt structure risks.
