Moody’s reviews Southeast Georgia Health System’s LOC-backed certificates

At the request of Brunswick-based Southeast Georgia Health System, Moody’s Investors Service has reviewed documents submitted in connection with the issuance of a substitute letter of credit in support of SGHS’ series 2008B certificates.

Upon the effective date of the substitute LOC, Moody’s expects to upgrade SGHS’ long-term rating to “Aa2” from “Aa3” and affirm the “VMIG 1” short-term rating assigned to the certificates.
