Moody’s places Fremont-Rideout Health Group’s ‘A3’ rating under review for downgrade

Moody’s Investors Service has placed Calif.-based Fremont-Rideout Health Group’s “A3” rating under review for downgrade, affecting $112 million of rated revenue bonds.

The review for downgrade reflects a drop in operating performance in fiscal year 2015. The review will focus on expected performance in FY 2016 and balance sheet projections. It may result in a multi-notch downgrade.
