Moody's downgrades Wood County Hospital Association's rating to 'Ba2'

Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Wood County (Ohio) Hospital Association from "Ba1" to "Ba2," affecting about  $54 million of rated debt.

The hospital association operates Bowling Green, Ohio-based Wood County Hospital. The downgrade reflects Moody's expectation that its operating performance will remain lower than historical levels despite anticipated improvement.

The hospital's increasingly competitive market and limited size and scope of operations will also constrain revenue and volume growth.

The outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
