The outlook change reflects Moody’s Investors Service’s uncertainty about the outcome of CHS’ strategic review.
Moody’s also affirmed CHS’ existing ratings, including its “B2” corporate family rating and “B2-PD” probability of default rating.
The actions follow CHS’ announcement that it is exploring a variety of options with financial sponsors.
