The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including the system’s leading and growing market share in three counties and improved financial performance over the last year and a half.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s belief that Inspira’s strategies to improve performance and grow revenue should produce favorable cash flow and maintain debt coverage and balance sheet ratios that are adequate for the “A2” rating level.
