Moody’s affirms Regional Health’s ‘A1’ rating

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “A1” rating on Rapid City, S.D.-based Regional Health’s $74.3 million of debt.

The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Regional Health’s dominate position in its primary service area, strong liquidity levels and favorable debt measures.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Regional Health’s operating performance will remain stable.
