Moody's affirms Northwest Community Hospital's 'A2' rating

Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A2" rating for Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Community Hospital, affecting $194 million of rated debt.

The rating reflects Moody's belief that the hospital will maintain a solid market position, with inpatient trends that could benefit from new partnerships with specialists. Though cash levels are below prior year highs, they are still good and have historically helped offset challenges.

The rating outlook remains negative.
