The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including MHS’ leading market position, track record of strong operations, debt coverage and stable liquidity ratios.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s expectation that MHS will keep generating strong operating margins, which will lead to continued debt and liquidity ratio strengthening.
