MRHC also faces several challenges, including a challenging payer mix and a leveraged balance sheet.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that strong operating performance will continue and balance sheet metrics will remain in line with MRHC’s “Baa2”-rated peers.
