The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including JMH’s leading market position with minimal competition and high operating margins.

Offsetting these strengths are JMH’s small size and dependence on two major payers for over 70 percent of gross revenue.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s expectations that JMH will maintain balance sheet strength and continue to generate strong operating margins.
