Moody's affirms Christiana Care Health Services' 'Aa2' and 'Aa2/VMIG 1' ratings

Moody's Investors Service affirmed Newark, Del.-based Christiana Care Health Services' "Aa2" and "Aa2/VMIG 1" ratings, affecting $238 million of outstanding debt.

The "Aa2" affirmation is based on Christiana's solid liquidity and history of above average financial performance. The "VMIG 1" affirmation is based on Christiana's ability to provide liquidity for the purchase price of unremarketed bonds on a timely basis.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's Investors Service's expectation that Christiana will continue to maintain its financial profile and leading market position.
