The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Centra’s leading market position, growth in size and scope of operations and healthy wealth levels. Centra Health also faces several challenges, including its expanding expense based.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Centra will maintain operating and cash flow margins at current levels.
