Moody’s affirms ‘Baa3’ rating to South County Hospital

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Wakefield, R.I.-based South County Hospital’s “Baa3” issuer rating.

The ratings affirmation is based on a variety of factors, including the hospital’s favorable market position and good volume trends.

The outlook was revised to negative from stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation SCH will continue to operate at lower performance levels in fiscal year 2017 following its decline in performance in FY 2016.
