Moody’s affirms ‘Ba3’ rating on Antelope Valley Healthcare District’s debt

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “Ba3” rating on Lancaster, Calif.-based Antelope Valley Healthcare District’s $126 million of rated debt.

The outlook is negative, reflecting Moody’s Investors Services’ expectation the healthcare district will continue to face utilization and labor challenges.
