Moody’s affirms ‘B2’ rating to Hopkins County Hospital District

Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed its “B2” rating for Hopkins County (Texas) Hospital District, affecting $21 million of outstanding revenue bonds.

The rating reflects Moody’s expectation that near-term cash flows will be consistent and provide steady liquidity and more predictable operating performance.

The rating outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
