Moody’s affirms ‘A3’ rating for Health Care Authority for Baptist Health

 
Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed its “A3” rating for the Mongtomery, Ala.-based Health Care Authority for Baptist Health, affecting $286 million of outstanding revenue bonds.

The affirmation is supported by Moody’s expectation that the system will return to a more favorable operating performance due to multiyear strategic initiatives as well as its strong market position in a diversified economy.

The rating outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
