The ratings affirmation is based on a number of factors, including BHS’ strong operating profitability, modest direct debt levels and healthy balance sheet metrics.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation BHS will maintain its competitive position and restore its operating performance to meet fiscal year 2017 projections issued by Moody’s.
