The ratings affirmation is based on a variety of factors, including MHS’ leading market position, sound debt coverage and still adequate liquidity.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation MHS’ performance will show some improvement throughout fiscal year 2017 and operations will at least meet budgeted expectations.
