Moody’s affirms ‘A1’ rating on Children’s National Medical Center’s bonds

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “A1” rating on Washington, D.C.-based Children’s National Medical Center’s series 2015 refunding revenue bonds.

The ratings affirmation is based on a number of factors, including the medical center’s strong operating performance, strong market presence and successful regional growth strategy.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation the medical center will sustain its cash flow and maintain its cash balance growth.
