MiraMed Global Services, headquartered in Jackson, Mich., appointed Michael P. O'Boyle president.
Here are three points:
1. Mr. O'Boyle was, most recently, an operating partner with New York City-based Pamplona Capital Management.
2. He has also served as president and CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America's Parallon Business Solutions as well as CFO and COO of Cleveland Clinic.
3. He currently serves on the board of directors for Plano, Texas-based LifeCare Health Partners.
