Windsor, Conn.-based Meridian Medical Management, a provider of revenue cycle management and healthcare analytics, rolled out its robotic process automation suite to improve labor productivity and increase collections.
The suite is part of Meridian's revenue acceleration program and operates on GE Centricity, Allscripts, Greenway and the VertexDr practice management platforms.
The robotic process automation suite aims to improve labor productivity associated with the the RCM process by up to eight times, increase cash by eliminating human error and provide a 24/7 workforce.
