VCP is a physician-led, value-based care network with more than 90 physician members. Under the agreement, Transcend will work with VCP physicians to track, analyze and manage Medicare Advantage patients’ health.
VCP currently manages network contracts with HCA Virginia, a six-hospital network, as well as major insurers such as Humana, Aetna, Coventry, Optima, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare.
