Tritech provides workers’ compensation and no-fault billing services to more than 40 hospitals and other entities, according to a June 6 Med-Metrix news release.
The acquisition will help further enhance Med-Metrix’s complex claims offering, according to the release. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
