Med-Metrix said in a June 10 news release the acquisition will bolster its end-to-end RCM offerings with HBCS’ patient financial engagement tools and insurance reimbursement capabilities.
HBCS currently works with more than 75 hospital and physician groups across the U.S., according to the news release.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
