Mayo Clinic Care Network hospital in Kentucky renews contract with IT company

Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center, a 300-bed facility, renewed its contract with healthcare IT company MTBC for at least another year.

Pikeville Medical, part of the he Mayo Clinic Care Network, employs about  400 clinicians.

The hospital has partnered with MTBC for about two years. MTBC provides the hospital with revenue cycle management services, as well as IT modules, back-office support and consulting.
