The following hospitals and health systems in Illinois are partnering with LLH to offer the plans: Adventist Midwest Health in Hindsdale; Advocate Health Care in Downers Grove; Centegra Health System in Crystal Lake; Chicago Health System; Family Health Network in Chicago; Illinois Health Partners in Downers Grove; Presence Health in Chicago; and Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago.
The Preferred Partner plans are designed to provide consumers with affordable and high-quality healthcare options. The plans allow patients to see their preferred provider for the lowest co-pays, coinsurance and out-of-pocket costs.
“With the launch of these Preferred Partner Plans, members have unparalleled access to their providers, and the ability to save money while receiving care from the doctors and hospitals they most trust,” said Jason Montrie, president of LLH.
The plans will be available during the open enrollment period beginning Nov. 15.
