Ms. Franklin comes into the role with more than 25 years of revenue cycle management experience with health systems and RCM vendors, according to a Feb. 11 Knowtion news release. She most recently served as executive director transformation at Change Healthcare, according to her LinkedIn page.
Her past experience also includes executive roles at Optum, Dallas-based Steward Health Care and Accretive Health (now R1 RCM), according to the release. She has led revenue cycle teams through mergers, new facility openings, vendor outsourcing, and optimization of staffing models through consolidation and globalization.
