Knack Global acquires CS Eye’s RCM and compliance services business

Knack Global acquired the revenue cycle management and compliance services business of CS Eye, the trade name for Compliance Specialists, or CSI.

Knack Global is a Woodbridge, N.J.-based company offering RCM services, as well as healthcare IT and software support services. CSI is a healthcare RCM and compliance services company in Plymouth, Minn., with a focus on ophthalmology and optometry specialties.

Knack Global President and Founder Rajiv Sharma said the deal “will enable Knack to broaden its suite of service offerings to clients. CS Eye’s capabilities in ophthalmology and optometry will augment the list of specialties Knack currently serves.” 

He added, “We expect the acquisition to further accelerate Knack’s growth while also making Knack a go-to provider for clients in one more specialty.”
