Kaufman Hall Acquires Axiom EPM

Kaufman Hall has acquired Axiom EPM, a software business that provides single-platform solutions for forecasting, budgeting, cost management and other financial projects.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kaufman Hall, which provides financial and strategic consulting services to hospitals and health systems, said the transaction will allow it to expand its business within healthcare and to other sectors, like higher education and banking.

Axiom EPM will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaufman Hall, and clients for both companies will not see any changes in existing contracts. About 600 hospitals and health systems work with Kaufman Hall.
