Jupiter (Fla.) Medical Center Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Jupiter Medical Center, raised a record $102 million for fiscal year 2026 in support of the independent nonprofit system, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.
The total came from more than 2,300 donor contributions between Oct. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2026, and represents the largest fundraising effort in the foundation’s history. The foundation said the support allows the system to accelerate physician recruitment, invest in new technology and research, expand specialty services and build future facilities designed to meet the needs of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
“This milestone reflects a historic and transformative year for the future of healthcare for the region,” Amit Rastogi, MD, president and CEO of Jupiter Medical Center, said in a news release. “Across the country, communities are grappling with how to preserve local access to advanced care. Our donors have sent a powerful message that they want top-tier healthcare available to the community, and they are willing to invest in making that vision a reality.”
The record donations come during a period of rapid growth for the system. Jupiter Medical has added new cancer, heart and vascular, surgical institutes and a patient care tower. It also plans to open a second hospital in the Avenir community of Palm Beach Gardens in early 2028.
