The PatientPay Paperless technology integrates with the majority of popular practice management software products. It also secures payments from patients electronically and affords automatic reconciliation of patient payments to a provider’s accounting system.
“The decision to change to PatientPay was driven by both external and internal factors,” said Cheryl Myers, director of revenue cycle management at the Jacksonville Children’s & Multispecialty Clinic. “The rise of the patient as the ‘third payer’ has made the collection process more difficult and costly.
