Below are three stats to know from the health system’s financial audit report.
1. The system posted a budget surplus of $64 million for FY 2015, which ended Sept. 30.
2. The system reported an operating deficit of $335 million in FY 2015. That loss was offset by $467.9 million from non-operating revenues, including $242.1 million generated from local sales taxes, and $147.2 million in county funding and other contributions.
3. Patient revenues increased by 10 percent year over year to about $81 million in FY 2015.
