Invoice Cloud — an e-payments solution provider — acquired the majority of ImageVision.net, whose HealthPay24 product offers point of service and online payment capabilities at hospitals across the country.

“Building a great company begins with finding great people. When we spoke directly with the HealthPay24 clients, it was clear that the product and service were provided by an extraordinary group of people,” said Invoice Cloud CEO Bob Bennett.

“With Invoice Cloud’s resources and Customer Communication engine, we are embarking on an aggressive expansion to partner with savvy healthcare solutions providers across the country,” said David Millary, former ImageVision.net President and new President of Invoice Cloud’s Healthcare Division. “We intend to partner with providers of hospital information systems, billing statement providers and other intermediaries in the healthcare space to broaden our client base and extend the brand.”
