Carrick Capital Partners has invested $50 million in InstaMed, a healthcare payment processing platform, to fund innovation initiatives and market strategy.
Under terms of the transaction, Jim Madden, co-founder and managing director of Carrick Capital Partners, will join InstaMed's board of directors.
