Insider selling: Tenet CEO sells nearly 48k shares

Tenet Healthcare Chairman and CEO Trevor Fetter recently sold 47,711 shares in the Dallas-based company, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission Form 4 filing by the for-profit hospital operator.

The shares were sold at $55 per share, bringing the total value of the transaction to more than $2.6 million.

Mr. Fetter now holds 0.86 percent of the total market cap of Tenet.
