Insider buying: Quorum Health CFO buys 80k shares

Quorum Health CFO Michael Culotta recently bought 80,000 shares of the Brentwood, Tenn.-based company, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Based on an average market stock price of $5.98 per share, the total value of the transaction is approximately $478,400.

Mr. Culotta now owns 167,747 shares of Quorum’s stock.

Quorum is a 38-hospital spin-off of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
