Infor HRCM, part of the Infor Healthcare suite of solutions, aims “to help streamline complex revenue management and billing operations and improve billing and claims accuracy through reduced manual intervention in the billing process,” according to a news release.
According to the release, the solution allows for customized patient statements and invoices, split billing to multiple payers and automated collection processes, real-time compliance data and days receivable outstanding, rejections and write-offs to patient revenue staff.
Other features added to this iteration of Infor HRCM include a cashiering screen to provide electronic processing of debit and credit card transactions and a point of sale terminal. Additionally, it offers payment processing improvements on the cashiering and payment processing function, including a new feature to link payment documents.
