Infinx to unveil update to iBridge patient access solution

Infinx, a revenue cycle management solutions provider in San Jose, Calif., updated its cloud-based patient access platform, iBridge.

iBridge offers patient insurance verification and insurance preauthorizations, among other things, according to a news release.

The updated iBridge 3.0 includes new enhancements, such as “a refined user-friendly dashboard interface” and “a user-specific workflow display,” the release states. Additional new enhancements include “improved ‘smart queue’ algorithms,” as well as “medical necessity and fraud protection analytics” and “an expanded patient pay estimate feature.”

Infinx plans to unveil the updated iBridge 3.0 during the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s annual meeting, ANI 2017, June 25-28 in Orlando, Fla.
