Global professional services company Huron is acquiring revenue cycle consulting firm Eclipse Insights in a deal that is expected to close later in June.
Eclipse will be included in Huron’s healthcare operating segment, according to a June 18 news release. The firm brings experience in charge capture, clinical documentation, coding and denials management.
“Eclipse Insights’ deep mid-revenue cycle expertise strengthens our ability to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end revenue cycle solution that improves financial performance, reduces clinician burden and drives better outcomes for our clients,” Huron President and CEO Mark Hussey said in the release.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
