Hospital Prices Up 0.1% in June

Hospital prices increased 0.1 percent from May to June, according to the latest statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Producer Price Index.

Prices for the overall healthcare industry remained flat from May to June, while physicians’ office prices went down 0.2 percent. The PPI measures the average change over time in the selling prices received by domestic producers for their output.
