DoctorGlobe uses a proprietary algorithm to find and rank hospitals based upon cost and quality in an employee’s geographic area. The website ranks more than 120 surgical procedures across nearly 2,800 hospitals.
Under the agreement, Claims DOC will use DoctorGlobe to help its self-funded employer clients cut healthcare spending by reviewing and negotiating medical costs.
