The transaction represents Hollis Cobb’s fifth and largest acquisition within the past three years.

“This deal made sense for so many reasons, but foremost it plays into our strategy of growing Hollis Cobb both organically and through strategic acquisitions,” said Hollis Cobb President Greg Hocutt.

Healthcare Financial Services will maintain its brand until the transaction closes later this year.
