HIMSS is partnering with health IT company VitalWare to create a pilot program that assigns vendors a report card. Using the report card, ICD-10 affected vendors can self-report on their readiness for achieving ICD-10 compliance by Oct. 1, 2013.

The report card, called VitalVendors, will be included in the updated Phase Two of the HIMSS ICD-10 PlayBook, to be released at the end of November.
